OBJECTIVE

The On-Site Manager maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that will nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and employees. Professional dress attire is required to City Wide standards. Take ownership of the territory as it is your own business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and long-term retention.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all services meet or exceed contract expectations.
• Resolve client concerns quickly and proactively to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support Night Managers and Independent Contractors to ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and evaluate Independent Contractors as business needs require.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring contract compliance and service quality.
