Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with experience in construction, general contracting, facility improvements, or commercial project sales? City Wide Facility Solutions of Central Kentucky is seeking a motivated CBS Sales Executive to help drive growth for our Complete Building Solutions division.
In this role, you'll develop relationships with property owners, facility managers, developers, and business leaders throughout Central Kentucky while identifying opportunities for facility improvement, renovation, and construction projects. You'll serve as the bridge between client needs and City Wide's network of trusted contractors and service partners, helping deliver projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial construction, renovation, facility improvement, and capital projects.
- Build relationships with property managers, building owners, developers, facility directors, and decision-makers throughout Central Kentucky.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project opportunities and understand client goals, challenges, and budget requirements.
- Partner with operations teams, independent contractors, and vendors to develop project scopes, proposals, and pricing.
