Pay: £13.10 per hour, plus 15p per mile fuel allowance
Shifts: Full-time, part-time, evenings and weekends

Job Description
What you'll do
Every day as a Support Worker is different, but your impact is always the same – life-changing.
As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible, providing personalised support that makes a genuine difference to their everyday lives.
You'll:
Support individuals to live independently and confidently in their own homes.
Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs.
Encourage independence, choice and participation in everyday activities.
Support with daily routines, including meal preparation, medication and mobility.
Assist with personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy and respect.
Offer companionship and help individuals access their local community.
Build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support and their families.
Work as part of a supportive local team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Qualifications
No experience? No problem! Whether you're starting a new career or already have experience in care or support work, what matters most is your attitude and commitment to helping others.
