Project Manager - Water Infrastructure
Civiltec Engineering is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Monrovia team.
This role combines project management, technical leadership, team development, client relationships, and business development.
You’ll manage water infrastructure projects from execution through completion, provide engineering expertise, mentor staff, and work directly with clients and industry professionals. You’ll also help grow the business by developing relationships, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and winning new work.

What You’ll Do
Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, personnel, and subconsultants.
Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for water infrastructure projects.
Provide bidding and construction support services.
