THE ROLE
We're looking for a Founding Deployment Strategist to own what happens after an AI system is built - making sure every automation we ship actually gets adopted, trusted, and used the way it was designed to be.
You'll own the rollout, not just the build - define how a new automation gets introduced to claims teams: who needs training, what changes in their workflow, and how we know it's actually landed
You'll be the bridge between engineering and the people using what they build - translate what claims
