The Role

We’re looking for a UXR who is equally comfortable thinking strategically about what we need to learn as they are rolling up their sleeves to conduct the research themselves.

You will play fundamental role in building on Clair’s existing research repository, and evolving the foundation of our research function.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Data, and other teams to identify the questions that matter most, develop the right research approach, and turn customer insight
