What you’ll actually do
- Ship production code in your first weeks — real features, real customers, real money moving.
- Own features end to end: design, build, test, deploy, watch the metrics, fix what you broke.
- Use AI across your workflow — coding, debugging, testing, research, automating the boring parts — and push the frontier of how your team uses it, not just how you do.
- Work directly with Product, Design, and senior engineers. Ask the dumb question early; it’s cheaper than the wrong build.
- Learn the domain deeply. B2B fintech in LatAm is genuinely hard — multiple countries, multiple regulators, real consequences. That’s what makes it interesting.
