The role
We're looking for an AI-Driven Growth Manager to spearhead our R&D initiatives: discovering promising niches and building subscription-based products from scratch. This is a zero-to-one challenge where you'll shape the ecosystem end-to-end in a highly autonomous, “hands-on” role.
You will operate within a flexible, multi-agent AI environment to orchestrate the entire growth cycle through smart automation. Taking full ownership of the AARRR, your goal is to seamlessly connect performance marketing, the web funnel, monetization, and the product.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth or performance marketing: B2C, Tier-1.
Proven ability to thrive in an AI-driven environment, leveraging a multi-agent approach to seamlessly cover and orchestrate various aspects of delivery.
