Contract Pediatrician (MD, Remote - IL)

About the Role

We are seeking a Illinois-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of our behavioral health and medical services in Illinois. This contract position will play a key role in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state.

This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing & Licensure

  • Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes

  • Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation

  • Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations

• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch

  • Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the IL landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care

  • Help identify local key opinion leaders
