Clasp Talent sells a workforce financing benefit to healthcare employers — a B2B motion with long cycles, multi-stakeholder committees, and named accounts.

Clasp Finance originates loans to students at partner schools — a high-volume consumer funnel measured in applications, approvals, conversion, and unit economics. The two feed each other, and almost nothing about how they're instrumented is the same.
