Job Overview: The Development Associate - Land & Power supports CleanSpark's long-term growth by identifying, evaluating, and advancing strategic land and power opportunities across North America. Working closely with the Land & Power team, this role researches emerging markets, identifies available utility capacity, evaluates industrial and commercial land opportunities, and develops relationships with utilities, brokers, landowners, developers, and economic development organizations to build a pipeline of qualified development opportunities.
