Job Overview The Senior Manager, Onsite Generation & Power Origination leads CleanSpark's outbound, greenfield path to power. This role proactively identifies generation assets and power-producer partners; leads feasibility assessments across land, gas supply, water, permitting, and interconnection; structures power purchase, tolling, and capacity agreements; develops project economics; and advances opportunities through negotiation to a structured handoff for execution. The Senior Manager manages the Onsite Generation & Power Origination Associate and builds CleanSpark's outbound origination playbook. Success in this role requires a demonstrated deal-execution track record, technical depth in onsite generation, and the ability to run origination independently in a fast-paced environment.
