Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports CleanSpark’s hiring needs by managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions and partnering with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on complex, technical, and leadership searches. This role is responsible for building candidate pipelines, screening and evaluating talent, coordinating an efficient hiring process, and providing hiring managers with clear candidate recommendations. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will help improve the tools, templates, workflows, and processes used by the Talent Acquisition team.
