As Lead General Manager, Texas, you are directly responsible for your home airport's operations, team and performance. You also serve as the Sunbelt Regional Director's partner across Texas, providing leverage on quality control, stakeholder relationships and operational consistency. You are process oriented, you ensure adherence to procedures, and you can expertly navigate operational challenges across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead your home airport
- Own day-to-day operations and performance at your home airport, delivering CLEAR's objectives for security, service and sales.
- Lead a team of Ambassadors and Managers who use CLEAR technology to deliver exceptional airport security, customer service and sales experiences while continuously sharing the CLEAR story.
