About the Role:

Clear Street is looking for an Associate Director of Tax Reporting & Compliance to join our Tax team. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you'll own U.S. federal tax reporting and compliance for our consolidated group, working closely with the international and state and local tax leads. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership — you'll be a key contributor in building a scalable, best-in-class tax function as the firm grows across businesses and geographies.</
