Clearlink is a remote-friendly company, prioritizing virtual and in-person collaboration. This is a remote-first role for candidates who are located outside of Utah and outside of commuting distance. For candidates residing within 50 miles of our Salt Lake City, Utah office, a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in-office is required.

Clearlink is seeking an experienced HR Ops Specialist to provide temporary coverage for an anticipated 3-5 months. This is an at-will position, and Clearlink may end the assignment at any time, with or without cause or notice, based upon business needs. 

This role is responsible for keeping day-to-day HR operations, benefits administration, and leave administration running smoothly during the coverage period. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing recurring deadlines across multiple systems and vendo
