Who We're Looking For - Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Clearlink. In this role, you'll develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable software that serves both our users and our business goals. You'll work across the full stack—building performant, responsive websites and dynamic front-end interfaces, designing custom APIs, and optimizing databases—while collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Beyond the code, you'll help shape our engineering culture: leading technical design reviews, reviewing peers' work with constructive feedback, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, and supporting a team environment built on open communication and feedback.

Clearlink is a remote-friendly company, prioritizing virtual and in-person collaboration. This is a remote-first role for candidates who are located outside of Utah and outside of commuting distance. For candidates residing within 50 miles of our Salt Lake
