We are seeking a foreman to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal in ensuring field operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily industrial field service operations and ensuring all jobs meet safety, efficiency, and customer specifications.
• Leading and coordinating field crews, schedules, and equipment assignments.
• Enforcing safety and compliance standards in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Serving as the primary field contact for customers and management, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.
• Inspecting equipment and work areas prior to job commencement and correcting deficiencies to prevent accidents, injuries, lost productivity, or equipment damage.
