Control Center Lead

What The Role Is

Clearway Energy Group is looking for a Control Center Lead to join the Real-Time Operations Team in Scottsdale, AZ. Operating out of the Clearway Energy Group RPMC (Reporting and Performance Monitoring Center), the team currently monitors and controls 10 GW of utility-scale renewable energy plants, Wind, Solar, and BESS. The Control Center Lead will support on-shift Operations Specialists in daily operations and activities and will report directly to the Manager, Real-Time Operations. This position requires working 12.5 rotating shifts, including night, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous operations and monitoring of the CEG utility fleet.
