Agent Deployment Manager

About the Role

Own the full deployment lifecycle for AI agents serving enterprise freight and logistics customers, from kickoff through production launch, hypercare, and scaled rollout. You will work across customer operations, IT, and business teams, partnering with product and engineering to make implementations successful and establish repeatable deployment practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise deployments through kickoff, go-live, hypercare, and large-scale rollout.

• Map customer workflows and configure agents with stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate integrations with product and engineering.

• Share customer insights with product teams to inform roadmap decisions and improvements.

• Build deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve time to value and support team growth.

• Coordinate change management and operator training to support adoption.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, including end-to-end enterprise software rollouts
