Deployment Strategist
About the Role
This is the customer- and stakeholder-facing half of a Forward Deployed Engineering function at a fintech identity and compliance platform. You will own the end-to-end deployment experience for enterprise clients, ensuring they get maximum value from the product while feeding insights back to shape how the team builds and supports it.
What You'll Do
Partner with customers to design and execute successful implementations tailored to their specific needs.
Manage stakeholder relationships across complex enterprise environments with competing priorities.
Lead detailed project planning and execution during deployment, keeping all teams aligned and on track.
Analyze customer requirements early, break them into actionable priorities, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and growth teams to identify friction points and improve implementation processes.
Contribute to documentation, tooling, and playbooks that make future deployments smoother and more scalable.
