Forward Deployed Engineer (Polish)
About the Role
This is a hands-on engineering role at a seed-stage AI voice and communication platform, sitting at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and customers. You will own deployments end-to-end, from capturing requirements through to production, and build the reusable playbooks that make rollouts scalable across the Polish market.
What You'll Do
Capture customer requirements and translate them into concrete implementation plans.
Build and roll out AI assistant setups in production, covering workflows, logic, prompts, and guardrails.
Implement integrations with third-party systems including APIs, webhooks, CRMs, calendars, and ticketing tools.
Develop smaller features and glue code to cleanly map customer use cases to the platform.
Debug under live production conditions across calls, flows, and edge cases, and deliver fast fixes.
Build reusable templates and deployment playbooks to make customer setups scalable and repeatable.
Deliver prioritized, concrete product feedback to the engineering team based on real customer pain points.
