Founders Associate Intern
About the Role
Work directly with the founder of an early-stage fintech company, taking high-priority projects from open questions through research, recommendations, and execution. This role contributes to growth, fundraising, recruiting, and strategic initiatives that shape how the business develops.
What You'll Do
Identify potential clients and partners, develop outreach approaches, and help convert conversations into commercial relationships.
Research investors, refine fundraising materials, build financial analyses, and coordinate diligence and follow-ups.
Source and assess candidates, and develop processes that help the team work effectively.
Investigate new opportunities, answer strategic questions, and execute the founder's priority projects.
Turn unfamiliar problems into practical recommendations and help identify repeatable ways to reach customers.
What We're Looking For
Typically 0 to 3 years of experience, with a strong track record in at least two areas such as investment banking, high-growth startups, management consulting, private equity, or adjacent finance.
