Founding Engineer
About the Role
This is a founding engineering role at an early-stage AI infrastructure startup, where you will help build the platform powering the next generation of AI-native service businesses. You will work directly with the founder on a small, high-trust team with no legacy code and no pre-defined roadmap. What you build and how you build it is yours to define.
What You'll Do
Design and ship core platform features across agentic workforce infrastructure, a company knowledge layer, a human trust layer, and a unified operator cockpit.
Talk to users directly, define the right outcomes, and own the full cycle from problem to production.
Ship to production fast, from your first week onward, and iterate based on direct feedback.
Set technical direction on a greenfield codebase with no inherited constraints.
Leverage AI tooling to move at a pace that raises the bar for what a small team can produce.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record of shipping real products to real users, including navigating what broke and how you fixed it.
