Founding Engineer, AI/ML
About the Role
Build the intelligence layer for an AI-powered recruiting marketplace, including the systems that match candidates with relevant roles. You will own this core product area and work closely with the founding team to turn product goals into production systems.
What You'll Do
Own recommendation, ranking, and retrieval systems from design through production.
Build LLM-powered matching features that improve candidate-role alignment.
Take product features from problem definition to production, shipping at a rapid cadence.
Architect and maintain the data pipelines and services that support production models.
Work directly with company leadership to translate product goals into shipped systems.
What We're Looking For
Two to five years of software engineering experience building and shipping end-to-end product features.
Substantive experience shipping applied AI/ML products, including production recommendation, ranking, or matching systems.
Experience building LLM-powered features with production LLM APIs, and hands-on work with PyTorch, TensorFlow
