Founding Engineer
About the Role
This is the first engineering hire at an early-stage AI company building automated software factories for enterprise clients. You will work directly with the two founders to take the full product from raw desktop recordings to shipped production software, owning every layer of the stack. The work is high-stakes and high-velocity: your output goes live on real client systems fast.
What You'll Do
Build high-throughput, high-concurrency systems that capture events from client desktop agents.
Implement privacy and redaction pipelines to ensure sensitive client data stays where it belongs.
Model recorded workflows as structured knowledge graphs of business processes.
Develop coding agents that generate automation software and ship it into production on top of existing client infrastructure.
Within your first 30 days, run the entire factory end to end on a live client, then systematize what you built by hand.
What We're Looking For
2+ years shipping production software end to end, with a product mindset; a founder track record counts.
Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agent
