About the Role
Join an early engineering team building AI powered software that helps enterprises automate their workflows. As the first engineering hire, you will shape the product and build across the systems that capture work, understand processes, generate software, and deploy it into production.
What You'll Do
Build high throughput, high concurrency systems that collect events from client desktop environments.
Develop privacy and redaction capabilities to protect sensitive data.
Model recorded work as structured process data, including knowledge graphs.
Build coding agent workflows that generate software and help deploy it into production.
Work directly with client teams to map workflows, deliver automation, and turn hands on work into repeatable systems.
Own product features end to end, from design through deployment and ongoing use by customers.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience building and shipping production software, including ownership of features used by real customers.
Production experience building with LLMs or AI agent
