About the Role
Join an early-stage team working on infrastructure for frontier AI training and evaluation. In this cross-functional growth role, you will build relationships across the AI ecosystem, shape recruiting and culture, and help communicate the company's vision.
What You'll Do
Tell the company's story and create clear, compelling narratives about its vision.
Find and build relationships with candidates, AI researchers, engineers, and other people across technical communities.
Help define company culture and values, screen candidates, and develop onboarding processes.
Own end-to-end recruiting in partnership with the Chief of Staff, including improving systems, tools, and automated workflows.
Collaborate on community events, represent the company at industry gatherings, and create content.
Work with go-to-market teams to identify and build connections with high-priority leads.
