About the Role
Lead product design for a growing B2B AI communications software company, balancing hands-on product work with team leadership. You will partner closely with product and engineering, shape the experience across multiple product areas, and set a consistent standard across the product, website, and brand.
What You'll Do
Own design across product, brand, and the design team, remaining hands-on in day-to-day work.
Design and prototype product experiences, conduct customer interviews, and use insights to guide iteration.
Partner with product and engineering on three product areas, supporting fast decisions and frequent releases.
Lead designers working across the website, branding, and product design.
Build a strong understanding of customer needs through regular conversations with business users.
Set and maintain design standards and scale design systems across product areas.
Use analytics and modern AI tools to improve design decisions and speed up workflows.
