About the Role

You will move the organization away from manual processes and third-party tools toward an owned, intelligent platform, serving a broad client base across diverse industries.
What You'll Do
Identify critical operational problems, design solutions, and prototype them using AI tools against real-world data.
Collaborate closely with engineers to productionize prototypes into reliable, scalable systems.
Define measurable metrics for complex operational issues and develop AI-driven solutions to address them.
Own the development of a sophisticated decision engine, replacing vendor reporting with a tailored internal platform serving varied user needs.
Drive product judgment for closed-loop attribution systems that connect client actions to revenue outcomes.
Navigate the complexity of building a single platform that serves multiple distinct business units and industries.
