Product Engineer

About the Role

This is a foundational product engineering role at a small, high-caliber founding team building AI-powered workflow software for private market operations. You will lead the design and build of the core interface through which operations teams interact with AI agents, shaping the design system, review flows, and human-in-the-loop UX that make automated outputs trustworthy and easy to act on.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a design system and UX patterns for a complex, workflow-driven application.

• Build product interfaces that connect users to AI agents and underlying data sources.

• Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent-generated outputs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders to identify pain points and refine features.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.

• A track record of building workflow-driven interfaces that include human review, exception handling, or approval flows.

• Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.

• Hands-on experience with AI, ML, or LLM-powered products and an interest in designing for trust when presenting automated outputs.

• Comfort conducting user research and iterating closely with operations stakeholders.

• Exposure to private markets or financial operations is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Berlin.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.

• Visa sponsorship is available.
