About the Role
Join a small, early-stage product team building AI-enabled recruiting technology. As a mid-level Product Engineer, you will work across the full stack to deliver reliable, user-focused features and help shape the product and technical direction.
What You'll Do
Own product features from scoping and implementation through deployment and iteration.
Design APIs and data models, and build frontend and backend applications.
Deliver user-facing experiences and improve them using customer feedback and product metrics.
Integrate AI and LLM services into product workflows, focusing on reliable experiences for users.
Build scalable backend services, data schemas, and operational tooling for testing, monitoring, and delivery.
Collaborate with product and design partners on priorities, success measures, architecture, and roadmap decisions.
What We're Looking For
