Sales Internship
About the Role
This is a hands-on sales internship at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building software for the commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage sector. You'll work directly with the founding team to drive outbound revenue growth across the DACH region and broader European market — a high-impact role at the heart of the company's growth engine.
What You'll Do
Own and build the outbound pipeline from scratch, targeting C-level decision-makers at installers, wholesalers, and battery manufacturers.
Execute high-volume cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns across DACH and Europe.
Work directly with founders to test and iterate on pitch angles and messaging.
Use modern AI-powered sales tooling and CRM automation to maximise outreach efficiency.
Take full ownership of prospecting results and contribute to refining the overall sales playbook.
What We're Looking For
Native or bilingual German and fluent English — both are required.
A proven track record in B2B outbound sales, or a strong, demonstrable drive to master it from the ground up.
Relentless work ethic, high energy, and a competitive mindset energised by hitting ambitious targets.
Ability to operate independently, take full ownership, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Clear, persuasive communication skills — written and verbal.
Comfortable on-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel.
Bonus: Familiarity with modern outbound sales tools, or exposure to CleanTech, battery energy storage (BESS), or energy markets.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual compensation of €24,000–€26,000, plus an uncapped performance bonus. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel, Germany. Candidates must be available to work from one of these locations.
