What You'll Do
Evaluate advances in reasoning, planning, memory, tool use, and agent collaboration to identify useful product opportunities.
Translate promising model behaviors and user needs into reusable skills and dependable workflows.
Build and evolve Python agent systems, including execution loops, orchestration, context management, structured outputs, retries, and error recovery.
Design integrations with email, calendars, messaging platforms, browsers, documents, CRMs, and other business software.
Own capabilities across Python and Django services, APIs, React and TypeScript interfaces, data models, background jobs, observability, and production operations.
Improve latency, cost, reliability, and safety, using production traces and user feedback to diagnose and address issues.
