Senior Founding Product Engineer
About the Role
Join an early-stage team building an AI-native regulatory and product compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers. As a Senior Founding Product Engineer, you will own engineering across the stack, ship product features, and work directly with users to help shape the product direction.
What You'll Do
Own the software and infrastructure stack, from frontend and backend development through cloud deployment.
Turn roadmap priorities into shipped features that deliver value to users.
Speak with customers to understand their needs and inform product decisions.
Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product grows.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience and a track record of shipping products to real users.
Strong product judgment, a user-focused approach, and the ability to develop solutions that address needs across customers.
Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Experience in early-stage startups and comfort with ambigu
