About the Role
Join a product-focused engineering team building software for energy retailers and businesses offering dynamic electricity plans. You will work directly with customers and take complex energy challenges from discovery through production, helping deliver practical, high-quality products.
What You'll Do
Work with customers to understand their needs and use those insights to guide engineering decisions.
Build and ship end-to-end, full-stack product features from discovery to production.
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation and increase your impact.
Own new product challenges, including customer payment workflows and portal improvements.
Help prioritize initiatives, including deciding what to build, defer, or stop.
Address energy retail needs such as billing, procurement, customer retention, and cost optimization.
Contribute to engineering culture, tools, and processes, and support team growth.
