Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
About the Role
This is a foundational talent acquisition role at a fast-growing AI SaaS company, sitting within the Operations team and working directly with senior leadership. You will build the recruiting function from the ground up, owning strategy and execution across all hiring as the company scales rapidly from its current team size.
What You'll Do
Develop clear job requirements and candidate profiles in close collaboration with hiring managers.
Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates through active sourcing, channel activation, and structured screening.
Coordinate all stages of the hiring process from initial outreach through offer negotiation and closure.
Conduct screening calls that yield meaningful insights into candidate fit across both technical and cultural dimensions.
Negotiate and close employment contracts with prospective hires.
Design and implement lean, scalable recruiting workflows and administrative processes without unnecessary complexity.
Develop and execute an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
Coordinate with external recruiting partners
