Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

Build and run the end-to-end recruiting function at a growing AI communications software company. Working closely with the Recruiting Lead and executive team, you will shape hiring processes, develop candidate pipelines, and establish the foundations for scalable recruiting.

What You'll Do

• Align with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.

• Source candidates through relevant channels and conduct effective screening calls.

• Coordinate recruiting processes to keep candidates and hiring teams moving forward smoothly.

• Negotiate employment contracts and guide offers through to closure.

• Design lean, scalable recruiting processes and track effectiveness using measurable KPIs.

• Configure recruiting platforms and software to support efficient hiring operations.

• Develop employer-branding initiatives and strengthen how roles are presented to candidates.

• Coordinate external HR partners and support onboarding, offboarding, and foundational HR operations.
