Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

This is a founding recruiting role at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, sitting directly alongside the Recruiting Lead and C-level leadership. You will build the end-to-end talent acquisition function from scratch, owning everything from sourcing strategy to offer closure, and play a central part in scaling the team to the next stage of growth.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define clear, accurate role requirements before each search begins.

• Drive active sourcing and channel activation to build high-quality candidate pipelines.

• Conduct pre-screening and screening calls that deliver clear, actionable hiring signals.

• Coordinate all stages of the hiring process to keep things moving smoothly and on schedule.

• Lead offer and employment contract negotiations through to successful closure.

• Design and implement lean, scalable recruiting processes with measurable KPIs.

• Build and maintain low-overhead administrative hiring workflows and tooling.

• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
