Position Overview:
The Manager, System Operations leads the international arm of ClinChoice’s Global ERP Administration function and collaborates with the company’s international cross-functional teams to support users in their day-to-day use of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role also works with the company’s ERP development team and third-party vendor to maintain and optimize ERP system operations.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the International ERP Administration team and oversee first-level technical and functional support for international users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
- Collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams across multiple entities and with key ERP stakeholders to diagnose system issues, recommend solutions
