What you will do

The Times Square location is an extremely fast-paced environment – every hour hundreds of orders are coming out of our kitchens, and they need to end up in the right hands!

As an Operations Specialist, you will help keep daily facility operations running smoothly by processing orders, coordinating delivery pickups, and resolving operational issues. You will support restaurant partners, handle administrative tasks, train and coach team members, and maintain a clean, organized facility that meets health and safety standards.

Flexibility and hustle are key in this role! You will need to adapt to constantly changing and challenging conditions. No job is too big or too small; our team works together to create an environment that is functional for our rest
