Laser Production Assistant

Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results? Clow is looking for a Laser Production Assistant to help keep our laser production running efficiently by inspecting parts, removing imperfections, and supporting the Laser Department.

Shifts Available:

• Shift 21: 6:00am – 6:00pm, Friday - Sunday (+$3.50/hour shift differential)

Starting Rate of Pay:

• $19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Inspect laser-cut parts for burrs, slag, and tabs, removing imperfections to meet quality standards.
• Remove completed parts from laser nests and keep laser beds clear for continuous production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the Laser Department.
• Use our ERP system and a forklift to move, stage, and store materials accurately.
• Work closely with Lead and Senior Laser Operators to keep production flowing smoothly.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools or grinders is a plus.
