Senior Producer, Business Development (Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to support our Business Development team on a fixed three-month contract. This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, and new business. You will help translate ambitious experiential concepts into realistic, well-researched production plans and accurate, commercially viable budgets that support competitive pitches and new-business proposals. Working closely with Business Development, Project Management, Creative, Account, and Production teams, you will bring a production-minded perspective to the earliest stages of a project. Assessing feasibility, identifying cost drivers, sourcing preliminary vendor pricing, and developing budgets that balance creative ambition with client investment and agency profitability.

This is a dedicated pre-sale production role. The focus is on the bidding and proposal process, from initial brief review through budget development and pitch submission. On-site event execution and post-award production management are outsid
