About the Role

We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on increasing the number of fleets on the Coast platform. You'll partner directly with Product and Design to ship high-impact capabilities that move critical business metrics.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set technical direction, coach engineers by engaging with their real work, lead by example, and raise the bar on how
