Industrial Color is the creative production agency within CoCreativ, a family of integrated creative production companies that also includes Globaledit and Smashbox Studios. As part of CoCreativ, Industrial Color brings together creative, production, technology and studio expertise to move complex projects from concept through final delivery.

Job Description

The Project Manager supports the day-to-day operations of Industrial Color's AI production team, keeping projects organized, artists aligned, and deliverables on track from kickoff through final delivery. You'll work closely with producers, artists, and technical teams to coordinate schedules, track assets and revisions, manage handoffs, and ensure work is complete and accurate before it moves to the next stage.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative production environment and enjoys bringing structure to complex workflows. We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate problems, and keep projects moving with minimal oversight.

You don't need direct AI production experience, but you should understand creative production workflows and be comfortable working with artists and technical teams.</
