Senior Account Manager (US)

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own the definition and success of Machine rollouts. This is an account and rollout ownership role. You define the work, track status, manage the financials of the rollout, and solve the problems that come up along the way, working alongside a Forward Deployed Engineering pod that executes the build.
You'll run implementations for both enterprise clients and internal clients across our agency network. The work spans deep, complex enterprise deployments and high-volume internal rollouts where both repeatability and customization matter.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the definition and success of the implementation motion across your portfolio, from pre-sales through go-live, adoption, and expansion
- Define the work: translate client goals into a scoped, sequenced implementation plan the FDE pod can execute against
- Manage the financials of the rollout: track budget against burn, flag variance early, and own the commercial health o
