Executive Assistant

Coder is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). You'll help both leaders stay focused on the decisions, relationships, and priorities that move our business forward. Your work will keep two fast-moving organizations organized, connected, and prepared.

In this role, you'll manage complex schedules, coordinate executive communications, and bring structure to competing priorities. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and the broader company to keep important work on track. We need someone who anticipates what's next, handles sensitive information with care, and makes the day-to-day easier for everyone involved.

What you'll do here

• Serve as a trusted partner to our CRO and CMO, anticipating their needs, managing competing priorities, and helping them stay focused on what matters most.

• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, making thoughtful decisions about scheduling, prioritization, and executive availability.

• Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, preparation materials, logistics, action items, and follow-ups to keep decisions and commitments moving forward.
