About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic HubSpot Administrator to own the configuration, data integrity, and reporting layer of our GTM engine. In this role, you will act as the functional backbone of our revenue ops infrastructure, turning raw commercial inputs into a clean, automated, and trusted single source of truth. You will work directly with our Head of Go-to-Market to translate high-level business goals into scalable CRM structures, custom workflows, and robust data models.
This role is critical to building our commercial infrastructure from the ground up, directly impacting how CodeRoad captures demand, attributes revenue, and forecasts growth. Because
