Senior Manager, Customer Marketing

CoderPad's mission is to create a more inclusive and strong tech community. How? By improving the technical interviewing experience with tools that allow for standardization and consistency, while reducing bias and increasing equality of opportunity. As CoderPad's first customer marketer, you'll own the customer marketing plan and execute it hands-on.Your job is to turn our installed base into a predictable source of expansion pipeline and a deep bench of customer advocates. You'll work across our whole book of mid-market and enterprise sized customers, from self-serve customers ready to move up to Enterprise Plans to large accounts with room to grow, using scaled, one-to-many programs and opportunity to build 1:few programs as we scale. You'll partner with Expansion Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Campaigns and Demand Gen.  This is a builder-and-doer role: you'll set the strategy and then build, launch, and measure your programs with the support of the team. This role is required to work East Coast Hours.  You'll report to the VP of Marketing.
