Engagement Manager (Software Engineering)

We are looking for an Engagement Manager who shares the same values of pragmatism, professionalism and transparency as us,  to join and help build our teams in London or Manchester. 

We support our clients in many ways, and you will have the opportunity to manage and liaise with stakeholders across a wide range of different client projects. This may be a greenfield project for a startup or helping to build a mission-critical system for a large enterprise client. Your main responsibilities will include working across a number of projects to ensure that both the client and our people are happy and that we are delivering value effectively. 

You will also be involved in areas across Codurance, including working with the business development and marketing teams to contribute to proposals, and assisting with building our internal engagement management/delivery capability and culture.

Location: We are open to this role being hybrid. Please note that we are not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
